Meeting and consent

All monies paid is for companionship only. Anything that should occur in this time is between two consenting adults.​ All parties are over the age of 18 and are consenting adults. All clients at the time of booking are believed by myself to be of sound mind and hold good intentions.

Boundaries

​​

When booking the client agrees at all stages of the booking process, including the intial booking stage, that my boundaries will not be broken. If at any stage the boundaries set out below are broken I have the right to cancel the booking with no monies returned or refunded (including deposit and/or final fee).

My boundaries (in private and public) include but are not exhaustive to:

​

1. Abusive verbal behaviour (Boundary pushing/ insults/ not understanding the word 'no'/ threatening to leave negative reviews online/ blackmail/ degrading language/ threatening language/ bullying)

3. Timewasting (behaviour that leads me to believe client will not show up to booking/ changing time and date of booking more than three times/ making unreasonable, unrealistic or outlandish demands/ spamming me with texts or emails leading up to the booking/ maliciously asking for services I do not offer/ unhinged behaviour)

2. Blacklisted clients If the client has been found to have a timewasting/ violent past

​

3. Abusive physical behaviour (Boundary pushing/ hitting, pushing, striking me in any way/ spiking my drink or food with drugs/ trapping me in a room without my consent/ not understanding the word 'no')​

4. Abusive online behaviour (Boundary pushing/ doxxing/ revealing personal details to third parties online/ 'revenge' porn/ writing reviews​/ not understanding the word 'no')

​

5. Abusive communication behaviour (stalking or harrassement by email or text/ making fake bookings/ impersonating a new client when said client has been blocked or banned/ employing a third party to track or find out personal details about me/ not understanding the word 'no')

Services I do not offer that are also considered my boundaries include but are not exhaustive to:

​

Incest roleplay

Age roleplay

Choking/ strangulation with implement

Any behaviour that is a danger to life

Drugs in any form

Consenual non- consent

Trapping me in a room

Vomit

Scat

Scarring

Extreme violence

​​​​​Where boundaries are not stated above common sense law should be applied.

Deposits

​

LIfe happens, but all deposits on bookings that can't be re-scheduled are strictly non- refundable. This is due to the deposit being used for accomodation for said booking, to cover the cost of lost bookings and in the case that boundaries have been broken. This is applicable regardless of when the deposit was paid and the amount of said deposit.

 

Malicious or fake bookings

 

Bookings made out of maliciousness will not be tolerated and deposits will not be refunded.

 

Examples of fake and / or malicious bookings

 

- Client books then immediately cancels and asks for deposit back

- Client tries to de-fraud by claiming he has paid but said money has not entered my account

​

- Client tries to de-fraud by claiming to have paid and has sent photoshopped screenshots of alleged transfer

​

- Client pays deposit then goes onto break my boundaries before the booking takes place, forcing me to cancel. Examples include but are not exhaustive to (stalking or harrassement by text and email/ maliciously wasting my time / unhinged behaviour leading me to believe I will be in danger in the booking)

​

This is also applicable to how the deposit was made, either by bank transfer, paypal or as a gift via the Throne website.

 

Re-scheduling

An oppurtunity will always be offered to re-arrange the booking within a 3 month period. After this period the deposit is non- refunadable and the client is required to pay another deposit. If the client cannot re-arrange the deposit will still be non- refundable.

Gifts

​

Any gifts recieved are non- returnable on the understanding that they are a gift given by the client to the provider as an act of goodwill, either as a physical item or a financial cash item. Unless explicity stated in writing that said item is to be considered a loan by both parties then said item(s) are to be treated as a gift.

Reviews

​

Any client found to have written a review online on any online platform will have legal action taken against them. Reviews are STRICTLY not allowed in any form on Reddit/ UKP/ Twitter even as a positive review.

Submission

​

All limits are agreed upon beforehand via email or text. Breaking these limits or boundary pushing are not allowed at all. Where a limit has not been stated by myself common sense law will apply. This includes but is not limited to: behaviour without consent/ extreme violence causing danger to life/ physical scarring/ extreme emotional manipulation/ ignoring the 'traffic light system' or the word 'red', not understanding the word 'no'.

The above is legally binding. This legal statement is available to read on every page of my website clearly marked 'Legal Statement' and is linked on all email communication. It is also available via online adverts where my website is linked.

 

Where communication is by text or whatsapp only it is assumed that the client has visited my website before booking as my adverts have a link to my website. Where it is not possible to post a clear link to my website on an advert a summary of said boundaries will be published.

 

I 'the provider' have taken every step to make the above statement as accessible as possible. If the client has not read the above legal statement (or summary where available) either through ignorance or wilful ignorance the provider will not be held responsible.
